Second Saturday Art Walk
Sacramento's Second Saturday is the largest art event in the central valley. Galleries and businesses in the metro region stay open late (ervery second Saturday of every month) and exhibit works from regional, national and international artists.
3rd Saturday Art Walk
Every 3rd Saturday, galleries and art-friendly venues in Downtown and Historic Old Town Roseville and the Downtown Library at 225 Taylor Street host a reception-style event, offering a wide variety of exhibited art, complete with music, food and a chance to meet the artists.
Fairytale Town

Sacramento Zoo

Roseville Arts/Blue Line Art Gallery
Roseville Arts! (formerly the Roseville Arts Center) is an active community resource located in Roseville, California. Established over 40 years ago to promote the arts in its many formats, Roseville Arts supports local artists and also brings artwork from around the world to the area. As a non-profit organization, Roseville Arts is entirely funded by memberships, grants, sponsorships, fund raising events and other donations.
CA State Capitol Museum

Crocker Art Museum
The longest continuously operating art museum in the West, the Crocker Art Museum was founded in 1885 and remains the leading art institution for the California Capital Region and Central Valley. The Museum, which is housed in one of the finest examples of Victorian Italianate architecture in the United States, offers a diverse spectrum of special exhibitions, events and programs to augment its collections of California, European and Asian artworks, and International Ceramics.
The Calfiornia State Military Museum
The museum, opened by Governor Pete Wilson in 1991, is the official military museum and historical research center of the State of California. This was reinforced on 11 September 2002 when Governor Gray Davis signed legislation making the museum a permanent museum under the California State Military Department and providing permanent funding for the museum. Finally on 13 July 2004, Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger signed legislation to amend the Government Code to make the museum the state's official military museum.
Discovery Museum of Sacramento
